Shipping

Physical products are produced and fulfilled by Printful after payment is confirmed. Current shirt orders ship to United States addresses using the shipping option displayed during Stripe checkout. Production and delivery times are estimates and can vary by destination, carrier, and demand.

Returns and problems

Because physical products are printed on demand, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection. If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact support@teamnosleep.io within 30 days of delivery with the order email and clear photographs so we can review the problem.

Digital delivery

Digital products are delivered through a download page after Stripe confirms payment. Digital purchases are generally final because access is provided immediately. If a purchased file is missing, corrupted, or inaccessible, contact support and we will restore access or provide a working replacement.

Privacy

We collect only the information needed to complete purchases, deliver products, provide support, understand site usage, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Stripe processes payment information, while Printful processes the recipient and shipping information required to fulfill physical orders. Team No Sleep does not receive or store full payment-card numbers.

We use Google Analytics to measure page visits, product interest, checkout activity, completed purchases, and traffic sources. Google may process device, browser, approximate location, and interaction information according to its privacy terms. We do not send full payment-card numbers to Google Analytics.

Questions or deletion requests can be sent to support@teamnosleep.io. Transaction records may be retained when required for fraud prevention, accounting, tax, dispute, or legal purposes.

Digital product license

Digital purchases include a personal-use license for the buyer. You may use the files on your own devices and personal projects. You may not resell, redistribute, upload, sublicense, or make the original files available to others, whether modified or unchanged. Commercial licensing requires written permission from Team No Sleep.

Team No Sleep is an independent group and store. References to events or communities in our history describe our experiences and do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.
